Hi, I know the thread is old but in case someone else will need information. There are a few options to complete the family, and you haven’t mentioned IVF with donor eggs or sperm which is a faster way than surrogacy or adoption. Many IVF clinics offer the treatments, and you can compare their success rates on their websites or on reliable sites such as fertilityclinicsabroad, fertilityroad, and many more. The treatment might take a few months. And if you wish to have two kids, you can combine ways you mentioned, e.g. via IVF and adoption. Surrogacy also takes time, and you might need 2nd and 3d attempt to get a baby. I also recommend using an IVF clinic or a service provider to be sure a surrogate’s health sas been checked thoroughly including genetics and other issues. Hope this helps.
